Telephone Consulting Information for Licensed Mental Health Providers

I provide telephone consultations for licensed mental health providers who need help with a specific client or just want to gain general information about working with clients who have gender issues. I have over 25 years of specializing in working with this special population and am recognized as one of the foremost practitioners in this area. More about me and my practice.

CHARGES: Minimum charge is $120 for a one hour consultation. Additional 30 minute sessions can be ordered to follow immediately or at a prearranged time in the future. All consults are to be prepaid by credit card and all calls are to originate from the therapist requesting the consult.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE: All payment shall be in US Dollars and consultation shall be conducted in English. Once payment is received, Dr. Vitale will contact the interested party by email in order to set up a mutually agreed upon phone meeting time. Please be mindful that Dr. Vitale lives on the West Coast of the Untied States and is on Pacific Standard Time.

Cancellation Policy:

• Consultation fees are not refundable.

• If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, you must cancel by email or by calling my 24 hour answering service at (415) 456-4452 at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged in full for the time scheduled.

• If you need to reschedule after a consultation time has been confirmed, you may do so only once. If you are unable to meet the adjusted appointment time, you will be charged for the time scheduled.
